There are steps you can take to right the wrong.

Keep explicit records of what malfunctions your vehicle experienced. Track dates, times and exactly what went wrong. Just as importantly, and maybe even more so, document how you attempted restitution through your own efforts. With whom did you speak? When? What time? Was a solution offered?
